The common macroscopic forces include tension, friction, magnetism, weight and others. These forces are the large scale (macroscopic) effect of the four fundamental forces of nature:
1. The Nuclear Strong Force
2. The Electromagnetic Force
3. The Nuclear Weak Force
4. The Gravitational Force *
The Gravitational force is responsible for the Macroscopic Force due to Gravity that we have studied. However, the gravitational force does much more. The other fundamental forces combine and masquerade as the other macroscopic forces.
